    President and CEO Thomas Gadson is a highly experienced professional in the Technology, Sports, and Entertainment industry with over 30 years of experience. Originally from Savannah, GA, he is a proud graduate of Morris College in Sumter, South Carolina.

    Throughout his career, Thomas has excelled in these fast-paced and ever-evolving field. His extensive knowledge and proven track record make him a trusted leader and an invaluable resource. With his strong work ethic and dedication, Thomas has built a reputable name for himself in the business world, and his contributions have been instrumental in the success of numerous companies.

    Established in 2008, the Founder and National Director of Basketball Operations for Virginia Elite Basketball has established and maintained a level of quality and set a standard that has resulted in over 75 players advancing to play collegiate and professional basketball and football. Through his dedication to using sports as a platform for education Virgnia Elite is recognized as one of the premier sports programs within Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia area (DMV).

    Titus Trask is an experienced Senior Human Capital professional with a broad range of human resources skills in HR strategies and operations, on-boarding, recruiting, retention, and much more.

    As an Indiana University alum, Trask deeply understands the significance of how top-level sports play a significant role in fostering community pride, promoting excellence, and uniting diverse groups under a banner of shared achievement.

  • Mark Wiggins

    Mark Wiggins is an outstanding entrepreneur and motivational speaker with a remarkable ability to ignite passion and inspire others.

    As a former basketball player at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Mark’s leadership skills were recognized through his three-year captaincy and induction into the UAH Hall of Honor in 1997. He has also coached high school and AAU basketball teams, while sharing his insights as a speaker for the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA).

  • L. Edward Street, Esq.

    Edward Street is an associate attorney at Rimon Law, P.C. and a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. Today, Edward’s legal career is primarily focused on matters related to intellectual property and sports law.

    As a Michigan State University alum, and a former high school athlete who played basketball, football, and lacrosse in both the VHSL and WCAC, Edward is passionate about providing legal counsel and education to student-athletes and their parents/guardians.
